Every order represents a warm connection between us and you.
To ensure a smooth start to your yoga journey, we offer free standard shipping to most regions worldwide, allowing you to easily receive your desired products.
Order Processing Time
Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday (business days).
Orders are shipped after processing, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can check the shipping status at any time.
Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of placing the order. After 15 minutes, the system will automatically enter the processing stage, and the order can no longer be canceled or modified.
Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
We support free standard shipping to most regions worldwide.
Typically, standard economy shipping takes 7–14 business days for delivery. (This may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and customs clearance.)
- Holidays and peak promotional periods may extend processing and delivery times;
- Extreme weather or logistics delays may affect shipping times.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a real-time tracking link.
Missing or Undelivered Packages
If the tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days (atelier@anyasmr.com), and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.
Anyasmr is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, but we will do our best to assist you in finding a reasonable solution.
The investigation requires you to provide the order number and relevant information, and our customer service team will follow up throughout the process.
