Return Policy

We want every customer to truly love their chosen products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy for your peace of mind.



Return Conditions

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in brand new, unused condition.

Tags and labels must be intact.

Yoga pillows, cushions, accessories, and all equipment must retain their original packaging (such as film, brand packaging bags, cardboard boxes, etc.).

If the item has been opened or used, we will not be able to provide a full refund.



Return Shipping and Refund Method

Return shipping costs and related fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please use a trackable shipping service when returning items and retain proof of shipment. We will not be able to process returns if the package is not delivered.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the order.

Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item; depending on the bank or payment channel, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be credited to your account.



Return Process

Before returning an item, please contact us at atelier@anyasmr.com and provide the following information in your email:

  • Order number;
  • Name and contact number;
  • Shipping address;
  • Reason for return (e.g., quality issue, not as described, dissatisfaction, etc.);
  • Clear photos (full view of the item, details of the issue, packaging and shipping label).

We will respond within 2 business days to inform you whether the return meets the conditions and provide the return address.

Please include the order number and order information in the package when returning the item to expedite processing.



Exchange Instructions

Currently, we do not offer direct exchange services. If you need to exchange for a different size or color, we recommend that you:

  • Return the item according to the return policy;
  • Place a new order for the desired item after the refund is processed.

This will be the fastest and most convenient way to handle exchanges.



Order Modification and Cancellation

Modifying Orders

If you have mistakenly selected the wrong item, color, or size, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will attempt to modify your order, but if the item has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to make changes. You can still return the item after receiving it according to the return policy (return shipping costs will be borne by you). 


Canceling Your Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the item has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a refund immediately.

If the item has already been shipped, you can still return it after receiving it (return shipping costs will be borne by you).



Lost Package During Transit

We will do our best to ensure your package arrives safely.

If your order is lost due to the courier company, please contact us within 7 days of shipment so we can initiate an investigation process.

To claim compensation, we may require you to fill out and sign a lost package declaration form. Upon receiving your completed form, we will:

  • Issue a full refund;
  • Or resend the item (subject to availability).
